Check out this quick, total body circuit designed by Power Systems Master Coach, PJ Stahl, incorporating a new movement sequence with a familiar favorite (the Premium Slam Ball) and new exercises with the PowerWave and the Axle Barbell. PJ suggests performing each exercises for 10 reps (or 10 on each side for a total of 20 when applicable) for a total of 5 rounds. These exercises and movement combos will provide both strength and endurance gains for both you and your clientele.
1. PowerWave Alternating Reverse Lunge with Rotation – 10 reps each side = 20 total
2. Axle Deadlift Plank Push Up – 10 reps
3. Overhead Slam to a Rotational Throw – 10 reps each side = 20 total
Repeat for a total of 5 rounds/sets.
