PowerYourFall Instagram challenge

Introducing the #PowerYourFall 30 day Instagram Challenge!

Announcing The Power Systems #PowerYourFall 30 day Instagram Challenge!

Today marks the first OFFICIAL day of Fall! While there is so much to look forward to – leaves changing, Pumpkin carving, and hayrides; there is so much about summer we will miss – beach trips, poolside cookouts, and long summer nights. While you might have noticed a slight influx of returning clients as kids are back in school and summer vacations are over – you might have also noticed a lack of enthusiasm.

With no bikini boot camps and looming beach vacations to look forward to, clients and even trainers find it hard to stay motivated this time of year. So here at Power Systems we want to power your potential to remain the positive, motivated, and energizing force in your gyms and communities by announcing the #PowerYourFall 30 Day Instagram Challenge!

What is the #PowerYourFall Challenge?

This is a great way for YOU to recharge your love of fitness using a platform that will help YOU to CONNECT WITH and (most importantly) GROW your social media community in a way that you might not have ever done before! Our friends at Net Profit Explosion (NPE) have built this challenge and we couldn’t wait to participate and invite YOU to join us!

Over the next 30 days, we will be providing prompts for you to get out, take some photos and videos of your workouts, your client’s workouts, your meal planning and much, MUCH more! The goal is that through this challenge, you will increase your influence, engage your community, and have a little fun at the same time.

Sounds great, how do you participate?

  • First things first – Announce that you are participating by taking a screen shot of the #PowerYourFall schedule and post it on your Instagram account! Encourage your friends to do the same by tagging them in your caption!
  • Each day, post a pic or video that corresponds to the challenge of the day. For example, Day 1 is to post an image of your facility or gym. Snap a quick image of the weight room, GroupX room, the park, etc. – where you work or workout. If you are a fitness enthusiast, and not a personal trainer, post a photo of your favorite place to workout!
  • Any time you post about the challenge, use the #PowerYourFall hashtag so that we can cheer you on! This will help others who are taking the challenge find you as well. We are all in this together! You can also tag @powersystems in your caption OR in your photo.
  • Most importantly, encourage others! The fitness community is one that is incredibly inspiring and uplifting. Show others some love by liking their #PowerYourFall posts and posting encouraging words.

What will you get out of it?

– Tons of fun!

– The opportunity to connect with others in the fitness industry who share in your love of fitness!

– Increased Engagement with your community!

– The opportunity to win PRIZES from Power Systems!

That’s right! Each week we will announce winners from a weekly drawing who will earn great Power Systems products! The winners will be announced on Instagram. Make sure you are tagging your posts with #PowerYourFall and @powersystems to be entered into the weekly drawing. There might even be a fun GRAND PRIZE DRAWING at the end…. details will be announced soon!!!!!!! Here is a hint: Be prepared to share your fitness story & what you learned from this challenge.

Now that you know how it works, we hope you are looking forward to this challenge as much as we are! We can’t wait to interact with all of you to inspire others and help more people FALL in love with fitness!
