Reebok Deck

A Solid and Versatile Foundation to Step Up Your Results

As part two of our series on how every step matters on the way to your goals, we showed you how you can use the PowerWave to maximize your results with minimum equipment. This week, we will take a look at another multi-dimensional training tool that provides a versatile and strong foundation to your functional and strength training exercises.

REEBOK DECK

At first glance, it might look like an updated version of the traditional Reebok Step – but it is so much more! The Reebok Deck was made to accompany the Reebok Step as a versatile training platform that can transform with ease into a variety of training positions and heights to accommodate a wide variety of exercises.

Whether you are training for core strength, cardio endurance, or muscular strength – the Reebok Deck can be the dynamic centerpiece for nearly every exercise. It provides a sturdy platform that quickly and easily transforms into an incline, decline, or flat bench.

  • 43” L x 13” wide platform
  • Adjustable to 2 different heights (8” / 14”) in the flat position

Upon taking a closer look you will see that there are a few small details that can make a big impact. Both the feet and the adjustable “back rest” platform have notches built in that provide secure attachment points for resistance bands.

With the platform in an upright position, if you look even closer, you will notice an internal storage compartment that will hold small free weights and resistance bands.

The Reebok Deck provides an affordable and versatile training solution for cardio and strength training exercises. Add this to your workout space, pair it with your favorite body weight, dumbbell, barbell, or resistance band exercises, and take your results to a new level.
