Sample Small Group Training and Cross Training Circuits featuring the HiTrainer

Make the HiTrainer the centerpiece of your Circuit Training Sessions. Add to your existing one-on-one or partner training or use as a part of a small group session to maximize your clients performance. See below for an example of how you can incorporate the self-propelled HiTrainer to add variety to your workouts, and get real-time data for your efforts.

30 minute Cross Training Circuit with the HiTrainer (one-on-one or partner training – 1 HiTrainer)
HiTrainer Walk 3 minutes
– Push Ups x 10
– Squats x 15
– Crunches x 20
– HiTrainer Walk or Sprint Interval 1 minute
Medicine Ball Push Ups x 10
– Dumbbell Squats to Overhead Press x 15
Stability Ball Crunches x 20
– HiTrainer Walk or Sprint Interval 1 minute
– Medicine Ball Push Ups x 10
– Stability Ball Crunches with Medicine Ball x 15
– Walking Lunges with Dumbbells x 20
– HiTrainer Walk or Sprint Interval 2 minutes
