We are a month into 2018 and its time for a pulse check, how are you tracking toward your 2018 goals and your potential? First of all, there are no excuses, it is only the stories we tell ourselves that prevent us from realizing our potential. “I’m too out of shape.” “We will never be able to get our numbers up.” “I don’t deserve to be successful.” What excuses are you telling yourself? Stop it! Get motivated to reach your goals with inspiration on being the best version of yourself from Master Coach Bennie Wylie.
Second, if you’ve come across some obstacles – learn from them! Obstacles are at the heart of learning something new. We’ve learned a lot of new things about obstacles and from them. The obstacles you choose to overcome help you be able to handle the obstacles that surprise you. So get out there and crush that next Obstacle Course Race. Third, we are here to help, over the last 18 months we have assembled a team of Master Coaches who have a passion and desire to share their years of industry knowledge and experience. This month will be filled with great insights on staying committed to your goals, avoiding the “fitness cliff,” and how PJ and his team are tackling the Power Systems Spartan Trifecta challenge. Also in February, you’ll get to know one of our newest partners, Coach Julie Johnston, and how she runs things at her facility, Camp Rhino.
