The addition of the stability ball to a dumbbell workout challenges balance and core strength taking the calorie burn to the next level. Don’t have a stability ball? No problem! Perform each circuit for 2-3 rounds of 10-15 reps per exercise – based on your fitness level and time constraints.  

CIRCUIT 1:
SB + 2-DB 2-ARM CHEST PRESS
SB PUSH-UP (OPTION: FLOOR PUSH-UP)
1-DB 1-ARM BENT OVER ROW + SB SUPPORT
SB + 1-DB LAT PULLOVER

CIRCUIT 2:
1-DB 1-ARM RDL + SB SUPPORT
1-DB FRONT SQUAT + SB ON WALL (OPTION: REGULAR FRONT SQUAT)
SB HAMSTRING CURLS
SB GLUTE BRIDGES

CIRCUIT 3:
SB OBLIQUE CRUNCHES
SB BACK EXTENSION
SB + 1-DB STRAIGHT ARM CORE ROTATIONS
SB + 1-DB STRAIGHT ARM REACH CRUNCH
