Plyometric training is no new concept in the world of fitness. Plyo boxes come in all shapes in sizes, and sometimes they’re not boxes at all! So when it comes to finding the right plyo box for you, here’s a few key things to keep in mind:

If you want to offer several training height options, and are limited on storage space – one of our two Power Plyo Box options might be perfect. These boxes feature a more traditional, steel frame and are designed to take up minimal storage space by stacking on top of each other.

The Power Plyo Box is available in 7 heights from 6” – 42”, ideal for performance training for athletes of all ages. The Premium Plyo Box features a wider landing platform and is available in 4 training heights from 12” – 30”.

If you prefer a wooden plyo box, consider the Power Systems 3-in-1 or Safe Edge Plyo Boxes. The 3-in-1 Plyo Box is our features the 3 most popular plyometric training heights for most intermediate to advanced athletes (20” x 24” x 30”) and are printed clearly on the sides.

The Safe Edge Plyo Box provides a hybrid construction of a foam plyo and a wood plyo box in one. This plyo box features a compressed foam top that provides peace of mind when training beginners to plyometric exercises. The Safe Edge Plyo Box is available in 3 sizes, and all 3 sizes feature 3 usable plyo training surfaces – just like the 3-in-1 Wood Plyo. To adjust the training height, simply rotate the box with the compressed foam/vinyl top edge facing the user to retain the safe edge.

Best value to appeal to every client from beginner to advanced? That’s the 3-in-1 Foam Plyo Box. Available in two sizes –the 20” x 24” x 30” is the most popular for gyms and training studios.
