Functionality Meets Performance. The BOSU® NexGen™ makes it easier than ever to add core, cardio, mobility, agility, and strength BOSU drills to personal and group training sessions. The latest edition to the BOSU family features an updated design for new exercises and usage.

The textured dome might be the first difference you notice about the NexGen™. This design update provides a two-fold benefit: 1) an enhanced grip for hands and/or feet and 2) provides a grid for more precise body positioning and targeted cueing during training sessions.
