Before a training session, the warm up, or movement preparation, phase can set the tone for the entire workout. A proper warm up will not only prevent injury by warming the tissues and joints prior to exercise, but also prepare the body for the work it is about to do.

We asked Bennie Wylie to show us three warm up moves with one of his favorite tools: the Power Systems Versa Loop. Adding these three exercises to your warm up will activate key areas of the body that are often weak or tight heading into a workout – hips, shoulders, core, and posterior chain.
